Owain Davies lost his phone while canoeing on a river in Gloucestershire. 10 months later, Miguel Pachaco found Davies' damaged phone in the same river. Instead of throwing it away, Pachaco took the phone apart, dried every component, and charged it overnight. Afterward, Pachaco posted on Facebook about the lost phone. Davies received his phone, along with the several sentimental photos on it. Davies was grateful that Pachaco not only fixed the phone but also tracked him down to return it.
