Another Tourist has passed away in the Dominican republic. This time is's Joseph Allen 55 who was found unresponsive in his hotel room. He complained of being hot & went back to the room to take a shower, he told friends he was still not feeling well. They found him the next morning, the family now says that the government is saying they will have to embalm him before they cam release his body.
